Rooms-LasPalmas.com offers two student residences for foreign students and students of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with a capacity for 35 lodgers. The residences are two new buildings, one of them finished in 2008.

They are located only 60 m. from the promenade of Las Canteras beach, the tourist area of Las Palmas.

Each residence offers a common room with microwave, water boiler, coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator, but no cooking hub, pots or pans.

Each room has its own bathroom, and there are dishes and cutlery for each lodger. Double rooms also offer their own small refrigerator. Single rooms share a refrigerator between 4 to 5 lodgers.

Laundering of private clothes is possible  (optional. See prices).

Each room has its own internet access and satellite TV with Spanish, English and German channels.

A few meters from the residences we have other premises with internet access for those who do not bring tyheir lap-top with them, and a cafeteria for those who choose room and halfboard.  

Rooms are cleaned once a week and bed sheets and towels are also changed. Common premises are cleaned regularly.
