General Conditions:

1. Rooms-LasPalmas.com and its accommodations are run by Gran Canaria School of Languages. You may contact our office by email at office@GranCanariaSchool.com , info@rooms-LasPalmas.com , by phone: (0034) 928 267 971; or by fax: (0034) 928 278 980.

2. Any booking will be firm only after payment has been received by Gran Canaria School of Languages.

3. Prolongations of stay will be paid in advance.

4. Cancellation policy: cancellations are accepted with no costs until 15 days prior to the guest's arrival date. The arrival date is stated by the guest on his booking form. For any cancellation arriving at our office during the 15 days prior to the guest's arrival date a 20% of the paid amount will be deducted from the reimbursement. After the stated arrival date cancellations can be made by giving notice 15 days prior to the beginning of a new calendar month. Also in this case a 20% of the paid amount will be deducted from the reimbursement.

5. Change of room: the guest may change the room during his/her stay, subject to availability. If there is a price difference for a more expensive room it will be paid before changing the room. If there is a price difference for a cheaper room no reimbursement will be paid. If Gran Canaria School of Languages needs to change the guest to a more expensive room due to a cause of force majeure, this will be made at no extra cost for the guest. A reimbursement will be made to the guest if he/she is moved to a cheaper room. The guest will return to the initial room as soon as the cause of force majeure has been solved. If the guest then wishes to stay in the new room it will be at his/her costs.

6. Rooms are cleaned once a week. Laundering of personal clothes is not included in the price. This may be paid extra. Bed sheets and towels are provided and changed weekly.

7. Breakfast, lunch and/or dinner are not included. These may be booked extra.

8. All rooms may be occupied as of 12 a.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m.
